Regina Yeh Psychotherapy LICSW
Get to Know Me
I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and met with genuine curiosity and compassion. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, gently getting to know the different parts of your experience as they naturally unfold. My role is to be a steady, attuned presence as you begin to understand your inner world in a different way—one that allows for greater clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of peace and meaning in your life.
As an Asian American woman, I bring a personal understanding of navigating multicultural systems, particularly the complexities of Eastern and Western cultural dynamics. Before becoming a therapist, I lived a rich life as a classical musician and artist, an experience that continues to shape my depth of listening, sensitivity, and attunement to the nuances of your experience.

I wish you beauty, healing and recovery, and ultimately a celebration of all that is in store for you in your unique personal journey. Looking forward to being of service to you.

My Credentials
Experience You Can Count On
I have been working as a counselor since 2014 across a range of settings, including geriatric care, hospice and home health, major hospitals (oncology), intensive outpatient programs, and psychiatric emergency services. Through this work, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, family of origin dynamics, existential questions, caregiver burnout, and trauma. These experiences have shaped my capacity to be present with complexity, intensity, and the full range of the human experience.
My clinical work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which informs how I understand and work with the different parts of your internal world. I am Level 2 trained in IFS (with Richard Schwartz, Martha Sweezy, and Fatimah Finney), and I integrate EMDR (EMDRIA certified) within this framework when it supports deeper processing.
For couples, I am trained in IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out) through advanced training with Toni Herbine-Blank, as well as Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method. My work with couples focuses on understanding and shifting the reactive cycles between partners in a way that allows for greater connection and mutual understanding.
